We have had the call blocker install for a month and the robo calls have stopped as well as the spam calls. We have added only 10 new numbers to the list. WOW!!!! what pleasant dinners we now have. If this keeps up we will preserve our sanity.

Before we got this device, we were getting too many calls to count. Now if a number appears that we don't recognize we simply push the block call and the display comes up with successful. We can hear the phone ring one time from the back room and then it stops and we know it was a telemarketer.
Call block where have you been all this time. We Love It. We also love that we can add a number after they have left a message that we were not able to get to in time.

It was one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have had mine for over 2 years. I do get about 1 or 2 calls a day, but it is much better than the almost constant annoying calls. I highly recommend this product. You won't be disappointed!

When I got it in the mail, I couldn't wait to hook it up. And after I learned how to block calls using the "#2" and manual entry methods, blocking callers became a joy. No more having to tell them to put me on their own Do Not Call list (which most never actually had anyway.) Now *I* had the power to put THEM on MY Do Not Call list!! Haha!! I've already added over 180 callers. So I'm thrilled.

And now I see there's a V10000 model. Awesome!! Just wish my V5000 had the "Allow" button on it. But hey, it is what it is and I'm just glad I can block. So buy it today. You won't go wrong!!

NOTE: If you need to remove a number blocked by accident, just type the following on your cordless phone: * * 6 # (the number with area code) #. You'll hear a beep, which means the number was successfully removed.

Just received the V5000 today. It seems to be working great so far. However, I am not able to scroll through the blocked numbers. As a test, I blocked my own cell phone number as a test and now I cannot scroll to it so I can remove the block. I tried both hookup options.
