Allow mode does not work

I have had 2 units with the same issue. In the allow mode the incoming call(on the allow list) rings once and is then dropped. Spoke with tech support and was told to replace the first unit and now the second one does the same. Company needs to check into this!

CPR 10000 SCREEN NOT LIT UP

WE HAVE CPR 10000 & WE WERE NOT SEEING THE SCREEN LIGHT UP. BEFORE I MESSED EVERYTHING UP, I DECIDED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. I WAS FORTUNATE TO GET A WONDERFUL REPRESENTATIVE KATRINA. SHE WALKED ME (A NON MECHANIC NURSE) THOUGH SETTING IT UP & IT WORKS PERFECTLY. SHE WAS KIND, EFFICIENT & UNDERSTOOD MY CHALLENGE. THANK YOU KATRINA, YOU MADE OUR/MY DAY. Previous customer, new upgrade

I already had the v5000 model and it did very well for me. But I believe it reached its maximum number of manual blocked calls and so I could not longer enter any using the **7# method. So I decided to upgrade to the v10000 version and I know I'll be just as happy with this model.

CPR V10,000 IS BETTER THAN THEY ADVERTISE!!

BEFORE I INSTALLED CPR V10,000, I SPENT TOO MUCH TIME ON UNSOLICITED PHONE CALLS. NOW, MY PHONE ONLY RINGS WHEN SOMEONE I KNOW CALLS. THIS PRODUCT IS WELL WORTH THE ASKING PRICE!!

The CPR V10000 Call Blocker for Landlines has been preloaded with 10,000 of the most incriminated robocall numbers reported to the FCC. This can significantly reduce robocalls, scam calls, political calls, election calls and general nuisance calls once the call blocker is connected.

Create your own blocklist

The red "Block Now" button is located on the top of the unit. At the push of a button, the unwanted caller's number is stored in the unit's memory, the call will hang up and the number will be blocked permanently. This feature allows you to block up to 1500 unwanted calls.

BLOCK LIST: By clicking on the BLOCKLIST button you can view your complete blocklist and if necessary you can easily remove a number from the blocklist by pressing the REMOVE button.

(#) 2 BLOCK FEATURE Block a number by entering # 2 (Book 2) on any cordless handset connected to the telephone base.

Create your own allow list

For numbers you don't want blocked, you can easily create a personal list of allowed caller numbers. The CPR V10000's "Allow List" button stores up to 1,000 numbers for your friends, family and other people you know. The Allow List can also be configured to block everyone other than these "Allow" numbers.
